After walking pass it a few time, 終於狠下心腸, 買了super over priced XO (scallop shred) sauce from the market. This small little bottle here cost me about $18+ after discount! 
and i made fried carrot cake with XO sauce that night..

Imperial Treasure kitchen inspired double boiled pork rib apple white fungus soup.. Only that i didn't add in as much apple as Imperial Kitchen, which is pretty good as soup turns out perfect and not too sweet. Absolutely loving this new recipe!

Department Christmas Retreat
December weather is a silent storm without any warning.. Our initial plan to MBS sky park vanish with the arrival of December drizzle...
Dinner at Seafood paradise @ Singapore flyer and we had a 10 course dinner! Somehow i feel like i am eating wedding dinner..
Sliced smoked duck, radish bacon wasabi and fried silver fish, best cold dish i had.
White pepper crab, quite boring and small compare to the giant we had few days ago
Spicy thai fish, a fury dish for those we curb for chili rush
Famous creamy crab, somehow i feel that the creamy crab here isnt as good as the one in Defu lane outlet.
Creative dish, wasabi and pork floss prawn
The chicken we never touch because everyone was too full!!
Colleague brought his pricy fish eye lens for the noob (me) to try out.. Manage to walk around to snap some cool shots of my colleague.. Upload soon when he send me :)

Mini ice cream making session.. not very impressive compared to the previous ice cream making session i attended. I thought we will be at least cooking custard as what communicated..
We are having 5 flavors to test... Chocolate, Strawsberry, Rum Raisin, Mocha and Cookie Cream.. Everyone feels shiok after trying their milkshake!!
There is so much to offer, some of them gets to enjoy 2-3 serving..

Was my first time organizing event for 90 pax, was quite a challenge when everything falls onto you. Good experience but if i hope i wont get any more arrow anytime soon... :)
